My kids love eating these, my version is somewhat different from the Japanese sushi, I just used plain rice. You can make your own variety, fillings that suit your taste especially with the kids lol.
Ham, mango, cucumber, plain rice, sheets of nori (sea weed) bought at a korean grocery, mayonnaise, wasabi paste.
Lay down nori sheet on a bamboo mat shiny side down, spread rice, add your toppings arranged them lengthwise.
Roll tightly.. and slice, serve the slices on a plate top with mayonnaise and wasabi paste on the side. That’s it! Very easy right?
